Junior FIS

A FIS season, in Spain and Europe

For athletes with a FIS licence who want to race abroad, improve their ranking and train on real skicross courses, within a team that takes care of everything else.

A racer pushes out of the start ramp while a coach watches, with snowy mountains behind.

For FIS racers ready to step up internationally

We are looking for athletes who want to race internationally, earn FIS points, gain experience on European courses and build solid technical foundations in skicross. It doesn't matter which club or country you come from.

The group brings together two profiles:

  • Juniors. Athletes aged 16 to 20, under FIS rules. For the 2026/27 season, born between 2006 and 2010.
  • FIS. Any athlete aged 16 and over (born in 2010 or earlier) who wants to try international racing.

Ages under the FIS rules (ICR 2013.7) for the 2026/27 season.

A year of work, from June to May

The season is organised into five linked blocks. Each one has a specific purpose.

  1. 01 June to December Fitness base and planning Strength and conditioning, team building, equipment review and each athlete's goals. Strength and conditioning continues throughout the season.
  2. 02 30 days Training block in Cerler Habits, team dynamics, technical foundations and fine-tuning before racing.
  3. 03 20 days Training in Europe Real skicross courses: starts, jumps, banked turns, lines and overtaking, with video analysis.
  4. 04 6-8 races FIS racing Each race with four days of training beforehand and two days of racing.
  5. 05 April and May Review Review of results, individual progress and the plan for the next season.

Before competing as a team, you have to build the team.

Skicross is the priority. The speed blocks are there to build technique at high speed.
